Banyan’s on the Ridge, a British Colonial-themed steak house features a handsome display kitchen and indoor-outdoor seating. Washington state wines and Pacific Northwest microbrew beers will be available. The restaurant is located within the 7,000 square-foot clubhouse, set on a hill overlooking the 18th green with smashing panoramic views of the Palouse. Scheduled to open the last part of August.
