Banyan's Restaurant
Banyan’s on the Ridge, a British Colonial-themed steak house, features a handsome display kitchen and indoor/outdoor seating. A good selection of Washington state wines and Pacific Northwest microbrew beers are available. The restaurant is located within the 7,000 square-foot clubhouse, set on a hill overlooking the 18th green with smashing panoramic views of the Palouse. Open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
